The 9th circuit court has substituted its judgement for the judgement of the president
There is no review of law involved … it is politics in its purest form
I hope Trump responds with the hammer of hell fury
1) use the nuclear option to place his nominee at the scotus
2) congress pass laws immediately to implement Trumps EO
3) use the nuclear option to fill out the rest of Trumps Cabinet

After listening to the TRO hearing with the 9th circuit court tonight I hold little hope for the future of our nation. One hour spent on prior case law and how many angels can dance on the head of a pin. Little discussion on the gravity of second guessing the president.
To be clear I am NOT a lawyer but that is one of my points … the left has deliberately complicated a COMMON SENSE EO with the sole intent of entangling the Trump administration with the courts and slowing down them down.
Washington State and the 9th circuit court DO NOT know what Trump knows about national security. None of them have any business (or standing) in second guessing the administration. We could be at DefCon 2 and these imbeciles wouldn’t know it.
Washington State and the 9th circuit court DO NOT know what is in Trumps heart. Is he really implementing a Muslim ban? What if he is? Where in the constitution does the court have the authority to inspect whats in a mans heart and use it to obstruct lawful acts? They don’t get to second guess POTUS … they need to interpret the constitution. How do they prove what he thinks? Well, they reference Polls and Newspaper articles … those are the “facts” they are prepared to consider. Read that again … our laws are being bent by the courts depending on polls and what is in the newspaper … anything except the constitution!
Washington State and the 9th circuit court are claiming irreparable harm? BULLSHIT. What about the harm to American Citizens from Obamacare, the 1000’s of new regulations (aka taxes), and executive orders. Where’s the lawsuits to protect Americans?
Washington State would have you believe they get to decide what is best for America. BULLSHIT. Why? Where in the constitution?
Trump and the Senate need to FAST PATH his supreme court nominee since it is clear the courts now are running the country. Congress has TOTALLY abdicated it role to the courts and the executive (but I digress)
It is clear that the courts are running the show based NOT on the constitution but rather prior case law, polls, and newspaper articles.

So Trump delivers a TEMPORARY travel ban for 7 Islamic countries but you’d think he declared WW3. The state controlled media is conducting nonstop coverage of every oddball they can find willing to say Trump is a fool or evil on TV. Within HOURS of the ban’s announcement protestors (rioters) showed up in airports across the nation with preprinted sign. This was an organized action; nothing organic about it. Printed signs are traceable to organizations funded by Soros. Various entities have used the courts to put a pause on Trumps action. But why do this ….
The entire dance is being performed in order to convince people that defending America is wrong. That America is somehow evil. That we must allow terrorists into the country. Its a version of the big lie which is said enough times people will either begin to believe or be too intimidated to resist the mobs. Its important see the shadows on the cave wall for what they are; lies. But useful idiots have fallen for it … its working … and its undermining the administration’s efforts to protect American citizens.
The goal is a ‘one world’ with no boarders under a handful of oligarchs and we are being hollowed out from within to make it possible.

Well I was right about war.
Milo was invited to UC Berkley but masked rioters took over and he had to be evacuated.
Only 1 arrest, under the mayors directive the police stood by and watched as Trump supporters were physically attacked
Of course the state controlled media blames Milo – Soros increasing implicated in the violence.

On the spectrum of political philosophy America was founded on a system positioned just to the left of anarchy. That is, maximum individual freedom and deliberately constrained central government. Over the course of time, the only practical evolution for the USA is to move left towards Marxism at the far left of the spectrum. Moving closer towards anarchy has never been sought and makes no practical sense. The goal for true conservatives is to hold or maintain the level of liberty established by our founders. The preservation of liberty is usually interpreted and reported as conservatives saying NO or not being willing to meet in the middle. Thats because EVERY time conservatives meet in the middle we move the country to the left. It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to meet in the middle and move the nation to the right (because we are/were already there). For those committed to the constitutional intent and individual liberty its like asking us to eat “just a little poison” – it won’t kill you today but eventually enough will build up that you will expire

Trump starts his second week. It has become clear that the media is literally useless. I expected the media would treat Trump like they did Bush, beating him up for breathing daily but this is worse. The MSM no longer hides the fact that they are in it to cripple Trump. They know they cannot stop him directly, but if they can keep him in a constant state of defense perhaps they can take him off his game and slow him down. Democrats in congress seem to have a similar game but in their case they risk Trumps retaliation. With the media the risks are much less; the left will continue to gulp their cool-aid as long as they serve it up. Policy debates are out the window … everything is a personal attack … one of the most popular being that if you don’t agree its because you are stupid. Of course its not said that way but the implications are clear … come be with us if you want to be with the smart group. Ah, there it is ….. what group are you in? Obama and the democrats have done an excellent job at getting people to see themselves as a member of some marginalized group being assaulted by another group. The media plays its role to a T, amplifying the noise to a fevered pitch.
In short … its time to literally start ignoring all MSM as manufactured crap designed to move you to the left

Trump has been POTUS for a week. He was elected by 30 of the 50 states and he has started to deliver against the promises he made during the campaign. Sounds fine but the left and the State Controlled Media are acting like the world is on fire.
In broad brush terms Trump was most heavily opposed by New York and California which alone gave Hillary the popular vote win. Thank God our founders knew not create a straight democracy (more on that another day).
Today Trump made the Whitehouse.gov website english only (cool if true) and put a stop to the flow of refugees from 7 terrorist countries. Airports are jammed with protestors… HUH … what are they protesting?
