The most partisan attempt to remove a President from office ended today when the Senate found President Trump not guilty on charges of impeachment. Democrats will remain proud for having painted Trump with the scarlet letter of impeachment while the rest of us will point out he was acquitted of all charges.

We can trust the Democrats are not done. They will continue to undermine the executive, not with their votes on policy, but instead with their witch hunts and dirty tricks.

Trump has continued to perform well under the constant destructive actions of the democrats and MSM. Democracy remains under attack.

In my lifetime SOTU speeches have always been a boring, lopsided and predictable annual event. Last night we saw something never seen before. The speaker of the house repeatedly tore pages of Trumps speech in half in front of a nation wide TV audience. The woman is 3rd in line for the POTUS and has lost all perspective and focus on reality. 

She is true sociopath, pure evil; anyone who thinks she cares about something other than her own power is greatly misguided. 

It is agreed on all sides that the powers properly belonging to one of the departments ought not be directly and completely administered by either of the other departments

It is equally evident that none of them ought to possess directly or indirectly an overly influence over the others in the administration of their respective powers

We say we are a nation of laws and that as a society we respect & rely on the rule of law

The reason we have insufficient systems thinking for the kind of problem you present is that we have the wrong people making rules and regulations. Our system of government was designed to have an elected Congress make our rules. Their job is to represent us and to provide for the general welfare, and to do so with a sober mindset without trampling on our individual liberty. They are accountable to the people through the election process.

Over the course of many decades Congress has abdicated its responsibility by turning over the regulatory responsibility to the executive branch (and the judiciary, but let’s exclude that for now). The resulting bureaucracies have only one goal, self-preservation. The power of the bureaucracy to create more regulations is largely unchecked by congress. In our lifetime these bureaucracies have also been given the authority and autonomy to enforce their regulations with their own armed police force. So now we have unchecked bureaucracies making new regulations and running around with guns to enforce them with no concern for individual liberty.  

The bureaucracies are largely unaccountable and are now so large and self sufficient that they are in effect another branch of government. Instead of being managed by Congress or the executive branch, they see themselves as the final authority. They have become arrogant and scoff at the other branches of government who can no longer contain them.  

From my perspective this is the biggest government issue of our time

I have witnessed lawsuits where there has been a parade of city and state officials testify on the laws & regulations on the books to protect citizens. Every city & State official has carefully explained with sober righteousness that those rules apply to us but not to them.  

It’s the bureaucracies we need to fear

So Trump takes out the leader of Isis but CNN, MSNBC & the Democrats can only focus on impeachment. So disgusting. USMCA was signed by Trump over a year ago and the House of Representatives still ignoring it even though it creates over 100,000 jobs.

Few things are more enlightening than the federalist papers. The nature of the old English prose makes is a difficult read but still very worth. This is not my first read and every time I read them I come away with new learning.  

Our founders were SEVERELY familiar with the nature of man and our inability to contain evil. This knowledge saturated every element of our governments design. The massive number of checks and balances were well considered and the various responsibilities were carefully decided. Dorking with it over the past 2 centuries has undone many of these original design principles making increasing amounts of corruption possible over the years

Individual liberty was also a cornerstone of the founders focus. I was moved by the insight on the size of government. Regardless of why or how government might grow it was Hamilton’s considered opinion that our individual liberty and our very lives would be distracted by large government and that we have more important thinks to consider than the Federal Government

One of the ways to effectively push back at those who defend Socialism is to demand they evaluate the results. They are fond of pushing policy because they say it is fair or compassionate but these are false assertions easily debunked by an evaluation of RESULTS. 

But schools are socialist, we already embrace socialism, right? Well, no. We have private schools and home school so education is NOT socialism. It’s true a socialist model is being pushed onto education but how’s it working? Miserably! Our children are getting extremely poor education. 

Police? Highways? Socialism! Well no, the founders detailed clearly the role of federal government to maintain interstate fairness (taxes) but the vast majority of all laws and services were intended to be State controlled. I suppose a state could choose socialism but NOT the federal government.

His example was from yoga pointing out the countless phone apps to help you take the proper positions for crouching tiger, sitting dog, pouncing cat, etc. his point was yoga is not about the various positions, that they are secondary to achieving a mental state of bliss. Imagine a phone that brings bliss and peace of mind ….. not exactly 

It reminded me there are many phone apps that will walk you through the rosary. Again, it feels contrary that we would get swept up in an app so we can pray. It says something sad about how we’ve let our relationship with God slip away into “there’s an app for that”. God does not have an IP address and we don’t need an app to speak with him directly

A week ago a whistle blower reported that in a phone call between Trump and the Ukraine President, Trump “pressured” the Ukraine to investigate Biden and his son Hunter regarding a personal quid pro quo where Hunter Biden walked away with $ millions.

We do NOT know the truth but Democrats don’t care – they will do ANYTHING to weaken Trump’s political power. They don’t really care if Trump is impeached; if it comes to that even they will be surprised. Again, their goal is to keep him in a political cloud as long as possible. In fact, this being the goal, it makes sense to NEVER bring it to a vote since that is not their REAL goal!

The polls are in and Trump’s address to congress last night was heralded as a great speech.

All that said, and despite the joy-joy words I do not trust congress to repeal obamacare. They will not give up control of 30% of GDP … too much for them to give up. I predict there will be a massive expansion of medicare and that the Marxists will succeed in moving us to a single payer medical system. This year my medical insurance will be at LEAST $25,000 while at the same time the delay to see medical specialists continue to grow. On average, we are now waiting 4 months to see any specialist. Doctors and insurance companies continue to flee the failing medical care business.

After watching Fox News Sunday its clear that even somewhat reasonable anchors like Mike Wallace still dont understand how the media is undermining Trump. To be clear, while Wallace may be blind, the bulk of the others in the state controlled media DO understand and continue to play the game. Specifically, hiding behind “but I was just asking a question” or “we have the right to ask a question” as was the case yesterday with Reince Prebus. Missing the point that the very ASKING OF THE QUESTION has the impact of “ringing the bell” and “putting the topic out into the media”. With social media, the impact is amplified 1000 fold.  

The examples are so countless as to be tiring. The biggest example surround the subject of Russia’s involvement with Trump and the Russian involvement in the election. Two things that have been soundly rebuffed and yet for 3 months the state controlled media continues to “ask questions” and with every question they push the otherwise meaningless topic into the mainstream of people’s conscience. The media is creating a controversy out of whole cloth and the only weapon they are using is “asking a question”

Its not clear what Trump means when he says drain the swamp but I persist in my belief it is the biggest challenge we face as a nation. The federal government is comprised of millions of bureaucrats who know what they should do but who can gum up the smooth running of the government any time they choose. Remember Lois Learner? Nobody had to direct her what to do, her biased DNA and the lack of government accountability made it easy to slow walk all the Tea Party applications …. FOR YEARS!  

IRS is an easy one because it was exposed (but not fixed), imagine the millions of federal bureaucrats making their own biased decisions every hour of every day! And what is there bias ? its no secret it is predominantly liberal by huge margins and protected by the arguably the most powerful union in America (more on that another day).  

As a corporate executive I have seen countless companies reject change and the leaders who bring it. Its not because the employees had a plan, its just the momentum of failure and the inability change the ORGANIZATIONAL DNA.

After listening to the TRO hearing with the 9th circuit court tonight I hold little hope for the future of our nation. One hour spent on prior case law and how many angels can dance on the head of a pin. Little discussion on the gravity of second guessing the president.

To be clear I am NOT a lawyer but that is one of my points … the left has deliberately complicated a COMMON SENSE EO with the sole intent of entangling the Trump administration with the courts and slowing down them down.

Washington State and the 9th circuit court DO NOT know what Trump knows about national security. None of them have any business (or standing) in second guessing the administration. We could be at DefCon 2 and these imbeciles wouldn’t know it.

Washington State and the 9th circuit court DO NOT know what is in Trumps heart. Is he really implementing a Muslim ban? What if he is? Where in the constitution does the court have the authority to inspect whats in a mans heart and use it to obstruct lawful acts? They don’t get to second guess POTUS … they need to interpret the constitution. How do they prove what he thinks? Well, they reference Polls and Newspaper articles … those are the “facts” they are prepared to consider. Read that again … our laws are being bent by the courts depending on polls and what is in the newspaper … anything except the constitution!

Washington State and the 9th circuit court are claiming irreparable harm? BULLSHIT. What about the harm to American Citizens from Obamacare, the 1000’s of new regulations (aka taxes), and executive orders. Where’s the lawsuits to protect Americans?

Washington State would have you believe they get to decide what is best for America. BULLSHIT. Why? Where in the constitution?

Trump and the Senate need to FAST PATH his supreme court nominee since it is clear the courts now are running the country. Congress has TOTALLY abdicated it role to the courts and the executive (but I digress)

It is clear that the courts are running the show based NOT on the constitution but rather prior case law, polls, and newspaper articles.

So Trump delivers a TEMPORARY travel ban for 7 Islamic countries but you’d think he declared WW3. Within HOURS of the ban’s announcement protestors (rioters) showed up in airports across the nation with preprinted sign. This was an organized action; nothing organic about it. The entire dance is being performed in order to convince people that defending America is wrong. That America is somehow evil. That we must allow terrorists into the country. Moving closer towards anarchy has never been sought and makes no practical sense. The goal for true conservatives is to hold or maintain the level of liberty established by our founders. The preservation of liberty is usually interpreted and reported as conservatives saying NO or not being willing to meet in the middle. Thats because EVERY time conservatives meet in the middle we move the country to the left. It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to meet in the middle and move the nation to the right (because we are/were already there). For those committed to the constitutional intent and individual liberty its like asking us to eat “just a little poison” – it won’t kill you today but eventually enough will build up that you will expire

Trump starts his second week. It has become clear that the media is literally useless. I expected the media would treat Trump like they did Bush, beating him up for breathing daily but this is worse. Policy debates are out the window … everything is a personal attack … one of the most popular being that if you don’t agree its because you are stupid. Of course its not said that way but the implications are clear … come be with us if you want to be with the smart group. Ah, there it is ….. what group are you in? Obama and the democrats have done an excellent job at getting people to see themselves as a member of some marginalized group being assaulted by another group. The media plays its role to a T, amplifying the noise to a fevered pitch.

Trump has been POTUS for a week. He was elected by 30 of the 50 states and he has started to deliver against the promises he made during the campaign. Sounds fine but the left and the State Controlled Media are acting like the world is on fire.  

In broad brush terms Trump was most heavily opposed by New York and California which alone gave Hillary the popular vote win. Thank God our founders knew not create a straight democracy (more on that another day).

Today Trump made the Whitehouse.gov website english only (cool if true) and put a stop to the flow of refugees from 7 terrorist countries. Airports are jammed with protestors… HUH … what are they protesting?

The shadows are those of the common people (facing the shadows on the cave wall) along with shadows of puppets from the puppet masters. These common people do not see each other (only their shadows), they only see the shadows which are their entire existence. While the masters entertain to commoners with shadows they proceed to do as they please in the real world.
