Toxic Masculinity is another “thing” invented by the left out of nothingness.

It is not a real.

Once again, the left has taken a small number of behaviors exhibited by a very few and applied it to the entire population; in this case ALL men. Once created, the “syndrome” becomes a vessel into which all kinds of behaviors can be added, labeled as bad.

See how it works?

The judgement phase is next. All men are measured against an arbitrary and sweeping set of rules and then sanctioned for any deviation. But it is more than a social framework. The rules become codified in laws and regulations.

Why? Because oppression of a group (men in this case) creates fear and people living in fear are more easily controlled.

This is the template of the Left. Like so many other things, Toxic Masculinity is not a real thing. Reject it completely.

While we don’t formally have a “government religion” as forbidden by the constitution, government has successfully achieved the next best thing … “state controlled religion”

For over 6 months our church has been “online”. On the brief occasions people have been allowed in the church they must 1) make a reservation for a seat 2) wear masks 3) socially distance and 4) communion is prohibited. When televised the church normally full of people looks like a scene from some dystopian sci fi movie. The saddest part is the “live cast” of Mass has literally evolved into a powerpoint presentation with voiceover by the priest. Communion is a separate process via “drive through”.

While the rest of the world has mostly returned to normal following C19 churches are being regulated out of existence and the churches are going along.

Atheists will not rest until “science agrees” there is no God. Its ok to cry now.

It has always bothered me there are no prominent women willing to lead the fight against 3rd term abortion. Carly Fiorina spoke to it in the debates but that was a “one and done” comment. Why don’t prominent Hollywood actresses raise awareness of the brutality and anti-science behind 3rd term abortion? Whats the problem with all the conservative women with a platform in the news media? The silence is deafening. It makes me sad.

• Gender fluidity is real
• Global Warming is real
• BLM & Antifa are peaceful
• In more than 9 judges on the supreme court

Then you have literally been brainwashed by people who intend to control every element of your life. Good luck with that.

The polls have Biden leading the presidential race by a substantial amount both popular and electoral college.

The country is at a crossroads. If Biden/Harris win the election it will transform the nation into something completely different. Federalism will die. Liberties will become government granted and controlled, not God given.

Will we survive? More or less I suppose. It won’t be America – it will be USA version 2.

My hope of course is the polls are as wrong now as they were in 2016.

My prediction for the VP debate is that Harris will use laughs and giggles to dodge tough questions and pressure from Pence.

Watch for it.

As a proud computer scientist and software engineer I have frequently pondered the degree to which I did or did not play a role in the decline of our world due to the evolution of social media.  For me, the uncertainty is now resolved; I didn’t help bring it about.

Computer automation started simply as that, automation.  Scientists used computers to solve complex math problems which otherwise were error prone and took days, weeks, and even longer, to solve.  

By the time I entered the industry, the focus (and growth)  had shifted to business automation.  Frictionless movement of money created massive amounts of opportunity.  

Next, the evolution of data bases gave us business intelligence.  By monitoring the buying patterns of customers and flow of inventory retailers revolutionized product placement to  ensure maximum exposure of specific products to specific customer segments.  Precision targeting of products and services gave huge macro boosts in revenue.  In less than a decade retailers who were unable to place products with computer precision fell into the trash heap.

Throughout my career I worked in what is called product development, within that even more specifically in the domain of “low level software”.  This means my days were spent going back and forth between hardware and software to ensure the two played well together.  While the fundamentals of database technologies were known to me, I was always flabbergasted at the amount of data being collected by companies and the capabilities of software applications exploiting the data.  

Up to this point in time it felt like everyones goals were aligned.  Everyone wanted to serve the customer and maximize profit.  It was a noble profession and to be clear mostly still is today. 

Now comes the complicated parts; the confluence of 2 technologies which which when used together has profoundly changed world for the worse.  

The 1st is Artificial Intelligence (AI); insanely capable databases paired with software applications  that seek out data anomalies and trends in the blink of any eye.  There simply are no words to describe the massive amounts of data in modern databases.  The types of data are equally awesome.  For just one example; everyone with a phone broadcasts their gps location every moment of every day giving companies and governments precise information about where you are at any point in time.  Are you walking, running, driving, flying? Are you going up steps? Stepping into a car? Riding a bike?  At the mall? Which store? Which part of the store?  Shoes?  Men’s or women’s department? High end store?  Discount store?  Are you at church?  All this data about you is being collected about you and everyone else every second of the day.  

What is done with the data is the 2nd bit of technology.  Under the guise of helping customers; companies such as google and Facebook create and maintain detailed profiles of everyones personality.  Bullshit you say?  No, it’s true.  Armed with a detailed profile of who you are, google will not only deliver search results tuned to who you are, but also ….. wait for it ….. tuned to who they think you should be., what you should believe.  What prior generations called persuasion has been weaponized by these information giants and is being used as targeted propaganda.  These companies have learned they can not only influence you to buy the overpriced tennis-shoes but they can also modify your behaviorism other parts of your life; starting with and most importantly politics.  By bombarding you with propaganda aimed at your weaknesses and current beliefs they can nudge you one way or the other; including you vote.  It takes time, but people become numb and unaware of the nuanced nudges.  But time and social affiliation win out over time.  Such changes also require an ever diminishing sense of ethics, values and morals.  By bombarding us with false narratives about how everyone does it or everyone believes we start to adopt the narrative for ourselves to avoid being left behind.  

The genie is out of the bottle.  

People ARE the product.

Truth is being invented .  

These companies are NOT noble.   People willing to work there are NOT noble people.

• State doesn’t spend billions on rail systems to nowhere
• Electric grid can be trusted to stay on
• public spaces maintained, including streets & forests
• No rationing of tap water
• People don’t care about the color your skin
• Separate men’s & women’s bathrooms
• Illegal 3rd term abortion 
• No sanctuary cities 
• Law & order maintained
• Public employees keep public safe
• Low taxes
• Great medical care available 
• Not insanely cold, muggy or hot
• Nearby access to water fun
• Regulations encourage new businesses 
• No common core
• ID not required to buy ammunition 
• No restrictions on when to mow lawn or BBQ
• Churches are open

Our federal system of government is based on the premise that only a handful of laws and responsibilities belong to the Federal government and that ALL other laws (the vast bulk of them) are the responsibility of the individual states.  Its called Federalism and it’s goal is to minimize the size and influence of the Federal government.  Since our founding, more and more responsibility has been shifted to the Federal level contrary to the intent of our founders.  Today, it is impossible to distinguish Democrat from Republican on their willingness to support bigger government.  If you ever doubt the founder’s intent please read the Federalist Papers; the founders were passionately aligned on this point at the exclusion of many other possible scenarios.

The push towards “one size fits all” from both political parties and the public’s willingness to play along seems to ignore the geographic vastness of our country which played into the decision to go with Federalism as our foundational structure.  Common sense seems to suggest that in this day and age we should be able to have the same laws in Nevada as we have in Arizona for example.  After all travel is fast and easy.  Why can’t we be like country “xyz” is the other popular cry today.  

There are two reasons why we can’t or shouldn’t try to be like country “xyz”.  The population of most COUNTRIES is less than the CITY of New York for example.          

The climax of HG Wells’ dystopian “1984” novel is perhaps one of the least understood in contemporary literature.  

Winston (the principal in the story and member of the proletariat) was tortured for his thought crimes against the State.  He was tortured until he agreed 2+2=5.   This was the State’s way of using fear (of being tortured) to force Winston’s compliance to the State.   After prolonged resistance Winston finally agreed he would say whatever the state wanted to end the suffering.  Winston believed by complying, the torturing would finally stop.  But the torturing continued.  Winston objected; “what do you want me to say?”.  And this is the point of the story…. it was not good enough to agree with the State and for Winston to bend to the will of the State …. 

The torturing persisted until Winston TRULY BELIEVED 2+2=5; not just “saying” it to stop the torturing!  In the end,  Winston  became one of the mindless well behaved drones of society.  

I share this because it’s happening to us today.  Many people are living in fear of dying from C19.  The fear of death is being used to force COMPLIANCE to the will of the State.  But even as the virus recedes, behavior is still being steered & controlled.  Scores of senseless rules remain that are not supported by common sense or science.  

See, compliance to the will of the State is NOT GOOD ENOUGH!  Mask shaming and pointless rules will persist until you TRULY BELIEVE death is the alternative.  

What comes next is predictable … once  you become a brainwashed believer you will BEG for an opportunity to stand hours in line for a C19  vaccine.

The overnight “wokeness” regarding “systemic racism” follows a related pattern.  We dare not ask questions or ask for debate on the subject.  You will labeled as a bigot and racist.  Free speech stifled.  So you back into the shadows and keep your mouth shut to avoid conflict.  Over time you hear more and more people pushing the BLM agenda.  Systemic racism is even preached from the pulpit on Sunday.  Then it happens, you begin to doubt yourself.  Do you succumb, climb back into the shadows, or continue to ask questions?
